However, due to prolonged use or improper operation, pneumatic valves may experience various malfunctions during operation.
Fault：
Damage occurred at the center of the double-layer membrane, causing the PEFE and EPDM membranes to detach.
Reason：
During the assembly of the diaphragm, the fixing bolts were not tightened according to the specified torque, resulting in excessive deformation of the diaphragm and decreased ductility. The excessive stroke caused damage to the diaphragm.
Solution measures：
Replace the diaphragm and tighten it according to the method and torque requirements specified in the manual.
