Fault：
Internal leakage of diaphragm valve and damage to diaphragm.
Reason：
The local temperature exceeds the allowable range of the diaphragm, and the diaphragm and actuator were not removed when welding the valve body.
Solution measures：
Used within the allowable working range of the valve; Before welding the valve body, the diaphragm and actuator need to be removed. Replace the diaphragm and tighten it according to the method and torque requirements specified in the manual.
