Differences in structure
One piece ball valve is an integrated structure consisting of a ball, PTFE ring, and locking nut. The diameter of the ball is slightly smaller than that of the pipeline, similar to a wide style ball valve.
Two piece ball valve is composed of two parts, with better sealing effect than one piece ball valve. The diameter of the ball is the same as the diameter of the pipeline, making it easier to disassemble compared to one piece ball valve.
A three piece ball valve is composed of three parts, a valve cover on both sides and a middle valve body. The difference in structure between a three piece ball valve and a two piece ball valve is that it is easy to disassemble and maintain.

The pressure resistance of the three piece ball valve is much higher than that of the one piece and two piece ball valves. The main three piece ball valve is fixed by four bolts on the outside, providing a good fastening effect. The precision cast valve body can reach a pressure of 63 bar. Higher pressure requires the use of forged valve bodies.

Differences in cost
One piece ball valve has lower cost and price due to its lower main material compared to the other two types, just like the use of wide style ball valves. The price of two-piece ball valves is higher than that of one piece valves, while the three piece valve body is composed of three parts with higher pressure resistance, and the material is higher than the other two types. Therefore, the cost is the highest among the three types, and the price is also the most expensive among the three types.
